Abstract. The degree of eating disorder was determined in 68 patients with cirrhosis of the liver. Stereotypes are formed about the climate, climate, population composition, food resources, age and sex composition of the population, the relative composition of the food consumed, based on the material supply. However, these stereotypes, formed over the years, do not always contain enough protein, fat, carbohydrates, trace elements necessary for normal human development, and lead to the more or less occurrence of certain diseases in the population of these countries.
