Abstract

This paper presents the structural properties of SnO2 metalloxide layers grown by spray pyrolysis of zol-gel technology. To synthesize the SnO2 film, a precursor of 125 M molar concentration tin chloride dihydrate [SnCl2 • 2H2O] salt in 125 ml of isopropyl alcohol was used.
