PROCESS APPROACH TO THE MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATION OF LABOR AT THE ENTERPRISE AS A FACTOR OF OPTIMIZING THE LABOR ACTIVITY OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract

<em>In this article, the introduction of a process approach to managing the organization of labor in an enterprise is considered as an objective reaction of modern organizations to the dynamics of socio-economic changes in the external and internal environment of an enterprise. The tasks and the specifics of the tools of business processes for organizing the work of employees are determined. Some problems of business process optimization and their implementation in labor organization management are considered.</em>
