A total of 2020 individuals were examined, 258 patients with type 2 APS were selected from them.\n\nThe laboratory study included an assessment of total blood, urine, fasting glycaemia, glycemic profile, determination of HbA1c, potassium, sodium, chlorides, ALT, AST, bilirubin, PTI, cholesterol, urea, creatinine.\n\nHormonal blood tests, immunological research methods.\n\nThe results of the study. In group 1a patients, an increase in the mean values of TSH was revealed.\n\nGroup 1b basal morning plasma cortisol, aldosterone and DEAS levels were significantly lower than in the control group. 1 in the group, the average TSH level was significantly increased and the levels of free thyroxin were reduced.\n\nIn group 2, all the hormones studied were within the normal range.\n\nGroup 2b had significantly reduced mean plasma cortisol values (p<0.05). \n\nConclusions.\n\n1.The study of antibodies to P450c21 in the etiological diagnosis of primary CGN has a high diagnostic value.\n\n2. Assessment of the hormonal status of our patients revealed various changes.
