Abstract
This article presents the latest data on antiphospholipid syndrome and its significance in miscarriage. The analysis of the literature data for the last 5 years is carried out. Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune acquired thrombophilia associated with the formation of antibodies to phospholipids, which is manifested by recurrent venous or arterial thrombosis and (or) pregnancy pathology. Based on the above, we can say that AFS is one of the causes of miscarriage and its share in the structure of this pathology tends to grow. It is necessary to improve the methods of diagnosing this phenomenon as it is necessary.
