Abstract. Currently, the factor of healthy nutrition is recognized as one of the key components of the WHO general strategy, according to which 60% of the causes of death in people are directly related to nutritional problems. The food formula of the 21st century - is the constant use of products with desired properties (functional foods) and biologically active food supplements, along with traditional natural foods in the consumption.
