<strong>Abstract</strong>: This thesis describes the process of implementation of normative legal acts in the Republic of Uzbekistan and its specific features. It also reveals a number of key aspects of ratification of international legal acts. In addition, a number of problems in the implementation of international documents into domestic legislation were highlighted.<br>
