Abstract
The flora of Uzbekistan includes more than 4,500 flowering plants. Of these, 650 are used to some extent in scientific medicine and folk medicine as medicinal plants. There are several types of plants that can be harvested in large quantities for the production of medicines on an industrial scale. As a result, the natural reserves of such plants are declining and even disappearing.
