TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN UZBEKISTAN: LEGAL BASIS

Abstract

Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the world economy. Its comprehensive development is becoming a major source of income for many countries. Therefore, many countries around the world are taking all measures to further develop this sector, to create the appropriate infrastructure at the level of world standards and to increase the flow of tourists. Uzbekistan also pays great attention to the development of the industry. This article provides detailed information on the process of reforms aimed at developing the tourism industry in the country and the legal framework adopted in this regard. The article also analyzes the stages of development of pilgrimage tourism.
