Abstract

Abstract: According to UN statistics, today there are 1 billion people over 65 years old, and by 2050 it will reach 22% of the total population of the planet (1, 8). In connection with progressive aging, social and medical problems associated with the age category are increasing, primarily related to the preservation of cognitive abilities in the elderly population. There is a certain stage in the progression of cognitive functions, united in the term “dementia”, in which the restriction of daily life remains important (3, 7).
