Abstract

Relevance. The most common specific complication, regardless of the nature of the operation, is the development of clinically significant anastomositis with impaired evacuation function of the stomach stump (Andreou A., 2016; Diomidova V.N., 2018). According to the review on the fact of the incidence of postgastroresection anastomosis, the frequency of this complication ranges from 5 to 61.5% (Illarionova I.N., 2019).
