Abstract

This article discusses the need to increase economic efficiency through the development of regional tourism services in the context of the formation of an innovative economy, further development of tourism services in sustainable economic development, improving the hotel business, attracting investment in this process, creating new jobs тhere are also opinions and comments on the scientific and methodological approach to the regulation of the market of tourism services, the development of new services, the targeted use of tourist resources, the use of foreign experience in improving the hotel business, the use of “HR” services in the development of tourism services.
