Abstract

In order to clean cotton waste from various contaminants, ON-6U cleaning equipment and spinning fiber separators from new cotton waste were obtained and used to clean the contaminated fibers and then direct them to the yarn. The ON-6U unit has been proven to be incapable of completely separating the spinning-free pure fibers and a new design has been proposed. Results were also obtained from the proposed device.
