PROSPECTS FOR USING THE INTEGRATED APPROACH OF LEAN MANAGEMENT IN ENTERPRISES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the principles and tools of lean management, as well as the results of applying the concept of lean management in enterprises. The authors describe in detail the process of implementing integrated approaches of lean technologies at enterprises, which can become the basis for effective management of large projects and programs in many areas of activity.
