Abstract

Abstract. One important factor that plays a role in the progression of the inflammatory process is the process of activation of lipid peroxidation and, in turn, the deficiency of the body's antioxidant systems. Products of lipid peroxidation were studied in 40 children with congenital ureterohydronephrosis in the blood. It was determined that before and after the operation there is a continuously recurrent inflammatory process, which subsides by 3-6 years after the operation.
