Abstract

Relevance: Perinatal lesions of the central nervous system (PP CNS) are a large group of pathological conditions of early age caused by the influence of harmful factors on the nervous system in the period from the twenty-eighth week of gestation to the seventh day of life [1,2,8].\n\nIn the studies of foreign authors, much attention is paid to the state of newborns in the first day of life [5,6,7]. However, one cannot ignore such factors as the health of the mother during pregnancy, the course of pregnancy and childbirth, and their complications. The danger of PCNS lies in the delay of their manifestations. Only 15–20% of them are detected early, the rest may manifest later and cause 40–60% of neurological pathology in children and adults in the future. PP CNS is one of the causes of early childhood disability, as well as various mental and motor disorders in older age. The frequency of such deviations in different age groups ranges from 60 to 80% [8,9].
