TREATMENT OF ANKYLOSING SPONDYLOARTHRITIS (BEKHTEREV'S DISEASE) WITH NIMESULIDE DRUG IN FERGANA REGION
Abstract
Relevance: Anglic spondylitis (Bechterew's disease) refers to systemic inflammatory diseases, in which the spine is predominantly affected. The pathological process occurring in the spine gradually leads to the fusion of individual vertebrae with each other (ankylosing), which results in the development of mobility limitation due to the formation of the disease which is called ankylosis (bonds fusion with each other). At the same time, ossification of the ligaments surrounding the spine occurs. As a result, the spine can completely lose its flexibility and turn into solid bone. In its pathogenesis, elements of both rheumatoid arthritis with its classic morning stiffness and reactive arthritis with its association with infection, eye damage, etc. are guessed [2]. But in no other disease is there such a total lesion of the spine with the ultimate formation of a "bamboo stick" from the sacrum to the neck, involvement in ankylosis (i.e. immobility) of the ribs, pelvis and joints of the body.
