Abstract

Abstract. A mechanographic study of the contractile activity of rat aortic smooth muscle cells is presented to investigate the action of 4-Amino-5-(2-aminophenyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazolo-3-thione (D-378). Vasorelaxant effects have been demonstrated for D-115 oxadiazole and D-378 triazole. Simultaneously, it was discovered that D-378 triazole obtained by synthesis on the basis of D-115 oxadiazole with hydrosine hydrate has pronounced vasorelaxant activity. In this regard, we conducted comparative studies of the effect of D-115 oxadiazole and D-378 triazole on the contractile activity of SMCs in the rat aorta to determine the dependence of the relaxant activity of D-378 triazole on its structure.
