Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the issues of establishing public control over the activities of penitentiary institutions, further improving the legal mechanism for ensuring their comprehensive interaction with civil society institutions in the social adaptation of persons released from penitentiary institutions.\n\nAlso in this direction, some proposals were developed regarding the work that needs to be done to improve the efficiency of civil society institutions.
