Abstract
Customer satisfaction and the development of a clear customer-oriented policy today has risen to the highest level as the most important task of commercial banks. In this scientific work, it is proposed to create in the organizational structure of a commercially available bank a new supply, which will answer the need for a connection. Developed a new customeroriented organizational structure, based on the concept of CRM, and which is divided into fronts and back offices.
