Abstract

Annotation: From this article we describe the most severe kidney lesions in children, which lead to end stage renal failure and subsequently require transplantation, develop against the background of congenital malformations of the kidneys and urinary tract. Timely diagnosis and correction of these conditions are necessary to reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes and disability in children.
