Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, a comparative analysis of expenditure items of the budgets of Uzbekistan and some countries of the world is carried out. The main issue raised in the study is the existence of priorities in Russia's budget policy. The paper argues that in Uzbekistan, budget priorities are shifted towards defense and national security, and not towards spending on social goals and healthcare, as in most developed countries of the world. In addition, the study raised the issue of the dynamic stability of expenditure items. We have shown that the fiscal policy of developed countries is characterized by greater stability than the fiscal policy of Uzbekistan, CIS countries and developing countries.
