Abstract: Over the past two decades and in most countries of the world, there has been a clear trend toward an increase in the frequency of hormone-dependent tumors, and first of all, these are precancerous conditions and endometrial cancer. Questions of etiology, pathogenesis and diagnosis of pathological processes of the endometrium remain open. The proposed algorithm for diagnosing patients with endometrial hyperplastic processes and endometrial cancer showed the high efficiency of hormone therapy in endometrial hyperplastic processes and endometrial cancer.
