This article analyzes the understanding of the importance of the international division of labor in cyberspace and the<br> digital economy. The author made an attempt to determine the meaning and regulation of the international division of labor in<br> modern digital realities. The author comes to the conclusion that the digital economy has become part of the international division<br> of labor and it is necessary to digitize and consolidate the market, as well as prepare a sufficient legal framework.
