Abstract

The article explores lexical units in world linguistics, including in Uzbek linguistics, different approaches to the study of these units, language construction, language levels, semantic structure of words, language field, semantic field, paradigm of units with the seme "science-enlightenment" in Uzbek language, their classification and linguistic relations of these units among themselves.
