Abstract
This paper highlights the factors that are important in the development of hypercoagulable states in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which may open up new opportunities for preventive measures against thrombophilic complications in patients with COPD. The article analyzes the theoretical aspects and systematizes the studies devoted to the study of various factors and the main links of hemostasis disorders in clinical practice.
