Abstract

In given article opens social-political history of Karakalpakstan and its intercoupling with realized by trained policy soviet authorities. The most important task in the development of the state, and the implementation of the intended goals and programs, is the training of personnel. The implementation of reforms in the socio-economic and political spheres depends on the correct selection and placement of personnel.
