Abstract

Abstract: In this scientific article, some aspects of the prevention of some transnational organized crimes are analyzed from a criminal-legal point of view. Also, in the article, a number of proposals on the topic were developed and some conclusions were reached, which were justified from the legal point of view. In addition, the author has carried out a scientific analysis of many problematic situations existing in the current legislation.
