Abstract

This article analyzes the long-term results of the treatment of post-burn scar deformities in the large joints of the foot after burns in children, and 204 patients were selected for the study and had involved in various surgical procedures. In assessing the functional and cosmetic results, good, satisfactory and unsatisfactory cases were carefully studied in 3 groups according to the types of practice performed and developed criteria. The long-term results of the proposed surgical methods show an improvement from 65.2% to 87.5%.
