THE OPTIMUM OPTION FOR ACCESS TO THE SCROTOUM ORGANS DURING SCROTOTOMY
Abstract
Frequent diseases of the scrotum are malformations (separation along the midline of the sacs, underdevelopment and hypoplasia of the testicles, ectopia of the testicles, cryptorchidism) testicular torsion, trauma, inflammatory diseases (epididymitis, orchitis, burucellosis, tuberculosis of the epididymis and testis) dropsy of the testicular membranes, hematocele, funiculocele , spermatocele, varicocele, tumors of the testis and its epididymis. Of particular concern is the problem of surgical intervention on both testicles (bilateral pulpectomy for prostate cancer). The choice of the optimal variant of access to the organs of the scrotum by scrototomy in these diseases can reduce the time of the operation, reduce tissue trauma, accelerate the duration of the disease of the surgical wound, and maintain cosmeticity.
