At present, it is very important to improve international legal norms and explore new directions and<br> prospects for strengthening responsibility for human trafficking, terrorism, money laundering, drug<br> trafficking and other similar cross-border crimes. It is important to further improve interstate<br> cooperation in the fight against this type of crime and increase the effectiveness of measures to<br> prevent the growth of transnational organized crime. It is in this scientific article that the preventive<br> signs of some transnational organized crimes are analyzed from a criminal law point of view.<br>
