Abstract

The article deals with the problem of professional development of university teachers in order to meet the requirements imposed by the policy of reforming Uzbek higher education at the present stage of development of society. The necessity of formation of motivation of teachers to reform their own activities and the creation of certain pedagogical conditions conducive to professional development is substantiated. In addition, it is planned to provide comprehensive support and consider the necessary measures to improve the skills of higher education teachers.
