Abstract

Abstract: This work analyzes the attempts of the West, led by the United States, to create a national democratic state of Afghanistan. The creation of the "Northern Alliance" and the coming to power of Hamid Karzai are described. The shortcomings of the mechanism of management and decision-making in Afghanistan are given.
