Abstract

Abstract: Lichen nitidus (LN), a rare dermatosis, occurs at any age, but more often in childhood. The disease is characterized by the appearance of multiple non-inflammatory miliary papules on the skin, which can be localized on any part of the skin and the clinical often resembles other papular dermatoses and in this regard, diagnostic bumps are often found in practice. Which is confirmed by our observed case, which was treated for 2 years with a diagnosis of CPL. The disease was characterized by the location of loose elements throughout the skin, including palm-pad surfaces, false polymorphism of loose elements and changes in nail plates.
