ISSUES OF PUBLIC CONTROL IN UZBEKISTAN AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF ITS REGULATORY FRAMEWORK
Abstract
In the article, the author discusses the regulatory framework and prospects for development of public control in Uzbekistan. In the coverage of the problem, it was stated that public control is an important factor in the development of civil society, and the formation of civil society in a country where there is no public control or public control is not strong enough is unimaginable. It was also noted that over the past period, legislation has been adopted to strengthen the role and importance of public control in the process of democratic renewal of the country, to address the most important socio-economic problems of citizens. In general, the legal requirements of public control, such as legality, justice, truth, freedom, are brought to the attention of users.
