Abstract
In the article the author gives an overview and interpretation of the processes of innovative development in the field of sociology. The role of youth is noted, special attention is paid to intellectual youth in the processes of social development. Innovative development in any society determines the change in the content of society, which embodies new social relations, changed values and new requirements and norms.
