Abstract: Human development is a complex biological process, which is a set of regular, interrelated, characterized by a certain time sequence of structural, physiological and metabolic changes from rudiments having a simple structure to complex organs. Congenital malformations occupy one of the first places both in the structure of childhood morbidity and disability, and in perinatal and early infant mortality.
