Abstract
This article highlights the legislative documents that regulate the activities of the enforcement system and substantiates the need to regulate procedural norms in the field of enforcement of judicial acts and acts of other bodies by the Code of Enforcement Proceedings. The article also focuses on the benefits of using the capabilities of information and communication technologies in the field of enforcement, highlights the legal basis for the use of ICT and considers the opinions of scientists regarding this issue.
