Abstract

This monograph encourages future pedagogues to teach and educate the young generation using the reliable, advanced achievements of scientific and technological progress in their professional work activities. In this regard, today's educators include professional competence, the analysis and evaluation of problems, practical psychological assistance and support to their students, and personal example of positive thinking and positive thinking based on an objective assessment of events. It is considered that the same process of positive thinking has unique requirements for individual-psychological characteristics. Empirical research has identified the components of positive thinking and socio-psychological features of the development of positive thinking in future educators. Also, training on the development of positivity was selected, and their results were analyzed. Based on extensive research, a description of the formation of positive thinking in future teachers and practical recommendations have been developed.\nThe monograph is considered helpful for students, researchers, practical psychologists who are studying in the field of psychology, youth psychologists, and social workers.
