Abstract

The report examines the fact that Navoi epics with stories, mainly "Lison ut-tayr" and partially "Saddi Iskandari", strictly observe the rules of composition, including symmetrical ones. Thus, eight violations of the symmetry rule in "Lison ut-tayr", as well as cases similar to the violation of the symmetry rule, two violations of the symmetry rule in "Saddi Iskandaria", as well as cases of similar violations of the symmetry rule are identified and shown on the basis of specific textual examples. The researcher works based on the techniques developed by the poet himself in these epics and in most cases observed without deviations. At the same time, an attempt is made to find the reasons for the discrepancies in these two sagas. This is due to the fact that literary creativity is a complex type of work, and a writer can get tired, lost, distracted as a person. If the inconsistencies in the editions of the epic "Saddi Iskandari" were caused by the mistakes of calligraphers or publishers, then it is emphasized that the inconsistencies in "Lison ut-tayr" are not at all the fault of calligraphers or publishers, because they are based on the scientific-critical text of the epic.
