Abstract
In this article, the socio-philosophical aspects of establishing New Uzbekistan, the role of Uzbek national philosophy in building the foundations of the Third Renaissance, ensuring its connection and coordination with development strategies are scientifically analyzed in this article. Based on the principle of "from the strategy of actions to the strategy of development", the noble movement of researching the ideological foundations of renewal and reforms in our country, further realizing the knowledge and talent, strength and opportunities of the youth, which is considered its main driving force, is gaining national importance
