Abstract

The article gives information’s about the role of state and non-state organizations in the development of cultural relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan between European countries: France, Belgium and Switzerland, on special attention paid to the historical processes that took place the states during the period of independence. After achieved independence Republic of Uzbekistan, a policy of strengthening inter cultural ties was launched, in particular, comprehensive connection were established with other states. Founded for the purpose of establishing cultural bond, state and nonstate organizations, the activities carried out by these organizations created the conditions for cooperation between cultural figures and specialists of various peoples, and also laid the foundations for intercultural exchange with peoples.
