Abstract
This article discusses the issue of strategic management of the financial resources of joint-stock companies, as the main factor in the development of enterprises. In addition, it is noted that the modern financial space complicates the interaction of the internal market, business entities and corporations with the external environment, and in this regard, positions are disclosed on the need for the correct strategic construction of tasks in the financial direction of joint-stock companies.
