Registration Of Neurological Patiens In Primary Healthe Care

Abstract

The affectiveness of dispensary records has been studied by examining ambulance records of 460 patients with chronical illnesses. The following results has been defined: recovered 2.1%, satisfactory 70.2%, stabile 2,2%,disability 4.5%,the illness got worse 2.5%.
