Abstract
The article examines the opportunities and barriers to access quality inclusive education for childrenwith disabilities in Uzbekistan. Based on the analysis of legal and institutional documents, administrative data and literature review, interviews with key sources of information, recommendations are offered for the next steps in the development of quality education for every child in Uzbekistan
