Abstract

Abstract It is important to thoroughly analyze the separators that are widely used in cotton ginning enterprises today, the most common of which is SS-15A. Because these separators, which are widely used to date, cause damage to seeded cotton and the main product obtained from it, fiber and seed. Therefore, it is a very important current issue to identify ways to eliminate the above-mentioned shortcomings and introduce new improved separators into production. In this article, theoretical studies were carried out after installing a diverter on the cotton deaeration equipment. Invariability of air density and stationarity of air flow movement were also studied. As a result of the conducted scientific research, it was possible to preserve the natural properties of cotton in the separator.
