Abstract

Abstract: The study of the renal function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), due to the postinfarction cardiosclerosis, depending on the representation of the MS components. The study involved 188 male patients with CHF with postinfarction cardiosclerosis. Depending on the components of MS, the patients were divided into 3 groups. It is found that the development of CHF is followed by the reduction of the renal function. The combination of CHF with MS, especially with its severe symptoms, is characterized by more noticeable reduction of renal function.
