<strong>Abstract</strong> The article provides an overview of telemedicine research. The concepts of teletherapy, telerehabilitation, telediagnosis and teleconsultations are given. The advantages of information and communication methods in modern medicine are introduced. The necessity of further introduction of telemedicine in Uzbekistan is shown.
