AbstractThe article discusses issues related to the financial support of infrastructure projects. Transport infrastructure and these and other types of infrastructure directly affect the quality of life of people, productivity and competitiveness of companies, and economic growth. Therefore, it is so important that the infrastructure not only effectively serves as the foundation of economic development, but also is safe for the environment and climate.
