Abstract
<strong>Introduction</strong>. Today, the most common among heart cashiers all over the world is considered to be a disease of cardiac arrhythmia. On the basis of the pathogenesis of this disease lies a violation of the electrophysiological properties of cardiomyocytes, which are responsible for the specificity of excitability, automatism and action potential. Therefore, in the modern concept of prevention and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, the leading role is played by the creation of a new generation of antiarrhythmic means for the development of new approaches to the correction of these disorders.
